Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Visibility Australia (a trading name of GSI Ventures Pty Ltd, ABN 87 675 714 771, Brisbane, Queensland) collects, uses, and protects personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

From the free Visibility Score: the business URL you submit, and your email address if you choose to receive your results by email.
From the Forensic Audit purchase: your name, business name, business URL, email address, phone number, and payment information (payment details are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details).
From the intake form: the business details you provide to build your audit (primary service, target region, average customer value, competitors you name, main revenue channel).
Technical data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the site secure and understand aggregate traffic.

How we use it

To deliver the services you purchase (the Visibility Score, the Forensic Audit, and the ongoing Visibility Australia service)
To communicate with you about your audit, results, and walkthrough call
To improve our services — including anonymous, aggregated analysis of scan results
To meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Stripe — payment processing
Base44 — backend infrastructure and data storage
Email service providers — transactional email delivery
AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude) — queried as part of your audit using your business name and URL, never your personal contact details

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to tell you how we have used or disclosed it. To make a request, email graham@visibilityaustralia.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Retention

Score scan submissions are retained for 12 months. Audit and client records are retained for 7 years (consistent with Australian record-keeping obligations for business transactions). You can ask us to delete your data earlier where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. No analytics or advertising pixels are embedded on this page. Your visit is not tracked across other sites.
