These terms govern your use of visibilityaustralia.com.au and your purchase of services from Visibility Australia, a trading name of GSI Ventures Pty Ltd, ABN 87 675 714 771, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
The Forensic Audit is a research report into your business's visibility across Google Search, AI recommendation platforms, your Google Business Profile, reviews, citations and directories, and attribution. It is delivered as a PDF within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form, and includes a 30-minute personal walkthrough call.
If you continue with the ongoing service after the audit, the $697 audit fee is credited against your first month, making month one $2,300. Every month after is $2,997.
Every claim in the audit is sourced, and every screenshot is dated. If any single finding in the audit turns out to be wrong on your inspection, we will refund the audit fee in full. This is the whole guarantee — the report is built to defend itself.
The ongoing service is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No exit fees, no notice period beyond the current month.
The audit is a research and advisory document, not a guarantee of search rankings, AI recommendations, leads, or revenue. AI platforms and search engines are third parties whose behaviour we observe and report on, but do not control.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the website or our services is limited to the fees you have paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
